Description

This EIS Package will work with ALL Viking Aircraft Engines – just the number of senders varies.  This is the Engine Indication System that I supply as it is absolutely guaranteed to immediately work with your iLevil 3AW or AP product, or you can use it independently.  This is the link between your Viking aircraft engine and your chosen iLevil  wireless cockpit solution.

The GRT EIS hardware includes all of the senders that your engine will need if you are to monitor critical parameters such as Gear Box Temperature, Coolant Temperature, Fuel Pressure and Oil Temperature.  If your iPad should fail for whatever reason – no problems.  The GRT EIS Advanced Package includes a separate and independent LCD display for all of your essential engine information.

For iLevil integration – simply plug your GRT EIS unit into the serial port on the iLevil 3AW or AP unit (sold separately), and it will work.  Done. Synthetic engine displays are now available and configurable on your iPad right along side your essential flight instrumentation.

Includes EIS 4000, wiring harness, Oil Pressure, Oil temperature, Coolant Temperature and Fuel Pressure sensors.

The ‘Advanced’ version will also provide Fuel Flow monitoring (with a separate ‘EI FT-60 RED CUBE’ fuel flow transducer), Hall-effect Current and Outside Air Temperature (OAT-02) sensors.  Please note – the GRT website needs to be updated (as of Feb 2022).  It still says in the description that Fuel Flow is taken from the ECU – this is not correct.  An additional Red Cube is required for the Fuel Flow functionality – hence the difference in price between what GRT sell and what I need to charge. GRT do not supply the Red Cube as part of this package at this price – but Swish Projects does.
